Return and Refund policy
One-Time No-Questions-Asked Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a one-time no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. We provide every customer with a full refund on their first order up to one (1) unit of Acne Clear 7 Days, within 14 days from the date of purchase. Kindly take note that refunds will not be provided to repeat or recurring customers.
To request a refund, please follow the steps below:
1. Send Us an Email: If you wish to refund your purchase, kindly send an email to the respective addresses:

2. Include Your Details: In your email, please provide the following information to help us process your refund:
(i) Full Name
(ii) Contact Number
(iii) Residential Address
3. Receive Your Refund: Upon receiving your request, we will process your refund, and you should receive the refund via PayNow within 3 working days.
Refund Policy After the One-Time Refund
Products purchased after the one-time refund are NOT eligible for refunds and returns, save and except for incidents listed in Missing / Incorrect / Defective / Expired Items.
Products purchased via our Website are NOT eligible for refunds and returns, under any circumstances, particularly in the following circumstances:-
(a) change of mind; and
(b) items that are labelled as Promotional, Non-returnable and/or Non-refundable on our Website.
[Expired means item(s) received by you has already expired upon your receipt of the said item(s).
Missing / Incorrect / Defective / Expired Items
We are so sorry and would like to make things better. If the item(s) you purchased are missing, incorrect, defective or expired, we will be happy to assist you.
Please contact our Customer Service Team and please include the following details in your email:-
- Image of the Item(s)/Parcel(s) received
- Name of Item(s)
- Order Number
Please take note that you must notify us within 14 days from the date of your receipt of your purchased item(s), failing which we will be unable to offer assistance.
The Returns Process For Defective/Incorrect/Expired Items (“Affected Item”)
(a) How do I return an Affected Item?
You can contact our Customer Service Team and please include the following details in your email:
- Order Number,
- Name of the Item, and
- Reason for return
(b) Am I able to return an item bought online in another country?
Unfortunately, our Returns Policy only applies to products purchased and delivered in the Republic of Singapore.
